Rodney D. Goodall, age 65, of Huron, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020, at the Huron Regional Medical Center.

His funeral service was held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, September 15th at the First United Methodist Church. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery.

Rodney D. Goodall was born January 31, 1955, to Lloyd and Thelma (Schuetzle) Goodall at Huron. He graduated from Huron High School, and then continued his education at Iowa State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.

On January 22, 1983, Rodney married Linda Dibel at North Platte, Nebraska.

Rodney worked for Monsanto, Merck Ag Vet and Merial. After retiring, Rodney and Linda moved to Huron. He enjoyed fishing and pheasant hunting. Rodney never missed a coffee group gathering.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd on September 15, 2007.

Grateful for having shared in his life are his wife, Linda Goodall of Huron; two sons, Jared and Maria Goodall and their sons, PJ and Drew, all of Cumming, Georgia and Matthew and Marlene Goodall and their sons, Brayden and Henry, all of Braselton, Georgia; his mother, Thelma Goodall of Huron; his brother, Jerry Goodall of Sioux Falls; and his sister, Cheryl Goodall of Sioux Falls.
